IRG started in 1991 with a single imaging center in Western Pennsylvania and has grown to multiple locations throughout Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania.

All MRI units are accredited by the American College of Radiology.
IRG has developed a web server that allows twenty four hour access for physicians. High quality images and reports can be viewed on-line within minutes of the completion of an exam.
The IRG state-of-the-art PACS system allows our board-certified radiologists to monitor all exams and increases efficiency.
Additionally, our 3D Workstation allows Radiologists to view high quality images in a multiplane mode for better interpretation.

Recently, IRG partnered with two area hospital systems. Our Cranberry, North Hills, and Monroeville locations are a service of Butler Memorial Hospital. Our White Oak and South Hills locations are a service of Monongahela Valley Hospital.
